Dosage

Powder

Moringa powder is a food, for which no prescribed dosage limits apply.

If you use Moringa spice for your food, you would have to use at least about a teaspoon a day. As a rule, the more hearty a dish is, the more Moringa powder can be added without distorting the taste of the food.

If you are not used to it, the mustard oil glycosides can initially lead to mild diarrhea, because your body needs to adjust to it. So start with small amounts!

Capsules

It has been shown that it is easiest to take Moringa capsules, which are best taken 2-3 times a day with meals.

You should take between 2000 and 5000 mg of Moringa powder pure or as capsules per day in order to achieve an adequate nutrient supply.

Capsules come in different sizes. Sizes 0-3 are the most common.

We offer capsule size No. 0. So that you do not take too little but not too much, see the table below.

Durability

To keep nutrient losses low and to protect against bacteria, you should not store the Moringa powder in a water, air and light-tight container for longer than 6 months.

The Moringa capsules should also be kept for no longer than 1 year.
